1. Introduction

Welcome to futurestory.capital (the “Website”). The Website is operated by FutureStory, a joint venture between AcrossLimits and GreyMatter (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The Website is hosted in the Republic of Malta on servers provided by Arkafort, the designated server provider for AcrossLimits.

By accessing or using our Website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Website.

2. The Services

FutureStory is a curated community and matchmaking platform designed to connect companies with innovative ideas (“Startups“) with prospective investors (“Investors“). We provide networking opportunities, coaching, market insights, and curated deal flows through various tier-based membership packages.

FutureStory acts solely as a facilitator and introductory platform. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution.

3. Membership Packages

To access our core services, users must register an account and purchase a membership package tailored to their role:

• For Startups: We offer the Ignite, Momentum, and Catalyst packages.

• For Investors: We offer the Explorer, Navigator, Pioneer Circle, and Institutional Partner packages.

4. Fees, Payments, and Billing

The purchase of membership packages is subject to the following payment terms:

• Standard Annual Subscriptions (Stripe): The Ignite, Momentum, Catalyst, Explorer, and Navigator packages are billed on an annual subscription basis. Payments for these packages are processed securely online through our third-party payment gateway, Stripe.

• Premium Investor Packages (Direct Invoicing): * The Pioneer Circle package requires a €10,000 one-time fee.

  • The Institutional Partner package is subject to a tailored, custom-priced agreement.

  • These two premium packages cannot be purchased via Stripe. Upon expressing interest, FutureStory will invoice the Investor directly, and payment must be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.

• Cancellations and Refunds: All standard subscriptions are annual commitments. If you choose to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current annual billing cycle. You will continue to enjoy the full benefits of your chosen package until the expiration date. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for early cancellations.

5. Formal Agreements (DocuSign)

The purchase of a package on the Website constitutes your initial onboarding and commitment to the FutureStory platform. Once your package is purchased, FutureStory will generate a formal, legally binding contract outlining the specific rights, obligations, deliverables, and benefits associated with your tier.

This contract will be sent to you electronically via DocuSign. Full execution of this DocuSign agreement is required to fully activate your membership benefits.

6. User Obligations and Account Security

When registering as a Startup or an Investor, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. No Financial or Investment Advice

The content, coaching, market insights, and introductions provided by FutureStory do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Startups and Investors are solely responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence before entering into any investment, fundraising transaction, or partnership. FutureStory accepts no liability for the outcome of any investments made through connections facilitated by the Website.

8. Hosting, Data Protection, and Privacy

The Website and its underlying data are hosted by Arkafort in Malta. By using the Website, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed, stored, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and materials on the Website (excluding user-submitted pitch materials) are the intellectual property of FutureStory, AcrossLimits, or GreyMatter, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureStory, its parent entities (AcrossLimits and GreyMatter), directors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website, the conduct of other users (including Startups and Investors), or the outcome of any business negotiations or investments.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malta. The courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes arising from your use of the Website or these Terms.
